General Licensing
Licensing where SmarTEC OS is used - (includes patent license)
This is the base model for utilizing the
SmarTEC OS. The license of the OS includes the necessary
licenses to utilize the patents.
Patent licensing only
SmarTEC OS is not used by the
licensee
This model is for those vendors who have
their own operating environment, need the patent
license, and desire to
use their environment rather than the SmarTEC OS
environment.
